Family Medical Center of MI, Inc. is a not-for-profit, community health center, which has been serving Monroe County and southeastern Michigan for over 32 years. We have dedicated ourselves to caring for the people of this community regardless of their age, ethnic background or ability to pay.

29% of the patients we see are without insurance. Last year, alone, we provided $1,513,613 worth of discounted and free care to patients without adequate resources.

Family Medical Center of MI, Inc. IS the safety net provider of medical and dental care in the region.

Our largest and busiest site, located in Temperance, MI, lacks the space and clinical area to meet the needs of the thousands of patients we serve. Adding 18,700 sq ft of space for exam rooms, a new dental suite, additional behavioral health services and enhanced waiting areas for patients will allow us to provide the best Dental and Medical care in Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio.
